Museum contact persons: First name, last name, email address. Used exclusively for communication regarding the study. Can be updated or deleted at any time via email to contact@sentogroup.eu.

Survey respondents: No personal data is collected. All surveys are completely anonymous. Visitor responses cannot be traced back to individuals.

Prize draw winners: If a prize draw is active, the system randomly designates winners. Winners are shown a unique code after submission and asked to contact the research team. Any contact details provided are deleted immediately after the prize is awarded.

3. How we use your data

We use museum contact data solely to:

• Communicate about the study and results
• Provide access to the dashboard and reports
• Send invoices and administrative communications

We never use your data for marketing to third parties.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (under strict data processing agreements)
• When required by law

Benchmark analyses are always based on anonymised and aggregated data. Individual museum results are never shared with other museums.
